Welcome to the Head Coaches Information page for the 2025 season. The following information serves as a checklist for all head coaches (& team administrators) to use as they prepare for the 2025 Arizona High School lacrosse season.

The Arizona Lacrosse League requires training certification for all coaches and assistants in the league. Coaches that took the training in 2024 do not need to complete the training for the 2025 season. Below is a list of training that is required for all new coaches in 2025 to be eligible to coach in the league. Head Coaches should send a "Single email" with all of the certification PDFs for you and your entire coaching staff. Training is due February 3, 2025 and should be sent to info@arizonalacrosseleague.com

The Arizona Lacrosse League requires all stat keepers to take this training prior to the start of the season. Scott Smith will deliver this training on Wednesday January 22 at 7:00pm. This training is virtual. A meeting notice will be sent to all teams to distribute to their respective stat keepers.

Each varsity head coach must sign the 2025 coaches code of conduct. The signed code of conduct should be sent to info@Arizonalacrosseleague.com. This can be sent as a PDF or an image. A head coach's signature covers his entire coaching staff for the given season. The signed coaches code of conduct is due by February 3, 2025.

All student athletes, head coaches, assistant coaches and Arizona Lacrosse League commissioners must have an active USA Lacrosse membership.

Each Arizona Lacrosse League program must sign a membership agreement each year. The agreement states that you will comply with our membership policies and will require membership for your student athletes and coaches. New Membership agreements for 2025 will be coming out soon, so keep an eye out for it. 

All coaches must also complete a background check and the Abuse Prevention Training which can be found by logging into your USA Lacrosse account.

Head coaches must submit their rosters no later than February 3, 2025 to info@Arizonalacrosseleague.com. Please use the following template to enter every student athlete in your program. The fields in this template are not optional and must be completed.

PLEASE DO NOT EDIT THE FORMAT OF THE TEMPLATE. We use this template to upload rosters to the website.

Head Coaches and assistant coaches should also be registered with the league. Simply add them to the roster along with their active USA Lacrosse number.

The deadline to submit payment of team dues and player registration fees is February 3, 2025. Teams should wait to pay their 2025 dues and registration until an invoice is received from the ALL. Here is a breakdown of the 2025 fees:

• The Arizona Lacrosse League will need your team's 2025 roster before an invoice can be created.
• Every team supported by a program (JV, Varsity 1, Varsity 2, etc..) is $300.00.
• Every student athlete that is rostered in the program has a $20.00 registration fee.
• For example, if Team X supports a JV and Varsity team in 2025 and has 64 student athletes registered, then the total amount due to the league would be $1880.00. 
• The A.L.L. requires payment for the above fees in a single check made out to the Arizona Lacrosse League. If your team would prefer to pay electronically, the league offers a method to pay fees via Zelle. Please contact info@Arizonalacrosseleague.com if you would like to pay via Zelle.
• An address will be provided at the January 18 "in person" meeting in order for teams to mail their payment into the league. Please wait on payment until this address is provided.

All Academic is an award for all juniors and seniors that meet a certain academic achievement.

The criteria for inclusion:

• Student athletes must be in junior or senior year.
• Student athletes must maintain:
  • 3.5 or better (4.0 scale) for Seniors. 
  • 3.6 or better (4.0 scale) for Juniors. 
• These standards are cumulative, not just the 3rd Quarter of the year. 
• Student athletes must be on the Varsity roster.  

Head coaches and team administrators are responsible to ensure their student athletes meet the above criteria. No transcripts are needed for this award. Please send the information listed below in a single email to ( info@arizonalacrosseleague.com ). The league will need this information by the end of the day Friday April 18, 2025. 

Information Needed: Team Name, Player Name, Player GPA. Player Jersey Number, Player Position, Year (Junior or Senior).
